Power can cause evil. And this movie is about the ring of power which can cover all the lands into darkness. The film had 17 Oscar awards out of 30 and it’s probably the most famous movie in the whole world. The main reason to the movie success is the author behind it who created this awesome, epic and legendary fantasy story, J.R.R Tolkien. This essay will try to convince you that this is the best movie in the whole world.
To start with, this movie is about an ancient ring that was lost for centuries have been found. In a strange twist the ring has been given to a small hobbit named Frodo by fate. When the wizard Gandalf discovers the ring is in fact the one ring of the dark lord Sauron, Frodo must make an epic quest to the fires of mount doom. But he is not alone. A fellowship will protect him! Their name is Samwise, Merry, Pippin, Aragorn, Gandalf, Boromir, Gimli and Legolas.
Secondly the environment in this film is in Middle Earth. That is the epic fantasy world created by J.R.R. Tolkien. In middle earth you can found the most wonderful, cool and beautiful landscapes for example high mountains, dark forests, deep tunnels and great sea. Tolkien describes a fantastic world and for converting this world to reality so they could cast there were only one alternative for the director; New Zeeland. It got most of the locations they needed for casting.
Finally one of the main characters in this movie is Frodo Baggins that Elijah Wood acts. Frodo is accompanied by his best friend on the quest with the name Samwise Gamgee and the actor for that main character is Sean Austin. Another main character is Gandalf the grey who is the leader of the fellowship, his actor is Ian Mckellen. All actors in the movie were trained to pronounce Tolkien’s verses exactly, properly and in the smallest detail.
To sum up, the plot could not have been more interesting, fantastic, cool and extraordinary because the movie is about Tolkien’s epic masterpiece. The directors choose the best environment in the whole world for this story. It could not have matched the book better. And thanks to all actors who really took their job serious.
